Pros

Pay isn't too bad. Offers seasonal lay offs allowing you to spend the holidays with your family. Training is fairly decent. Co-workers are always happy to help answer any questions.

Cons

Customers can be very difficult to deal with. You have to "save" a certain number of customers each week, which can be very difficult. Management isn't always able to answer questions and help you when you need it. Each office seems to have their own rules and ways of doing things, there is no uniform protocol even though you are told in training there is. Shifts start as early as 7:30 am and end as late as 8 pm, when hired and returning from seasonal leave you will be asked you shift preference, even though you put a shift at the bottom of your preference list it does not mean you will never work that shift. I've seen quite a few people consistently get scheduled for shifts that were at the bottom of their list.
