      Pros

      Pay is good, opportunity to advance within company is very good.

      Cons

      Long hours including weekends. Spring it's very real possibility you work 8am-9pm mon-fri and 9-5 Saturday. Don't look for pats on the back, they give you a job and expect you to excel w/o constant feedback.

      Pros

      They do offer decent healthcare and dental benefits for a reasonable price. Also it is nice to have the winters off.

      Cons

      Frustrating at best, the pay is low for being berated all day long, and not just by the callers, but by management as well. There is hardly any training when you start and even when you do learn the job, you aren't compensated, actually the more you know the worse you get treated. Managements excuses for the poor wage is summed up as " at least you have a job" and if you don't like it then leave. The hardest part is that doing your job becomes a challenge in itself because of poor communication, it's best described as parents keeping Santa not being real from the kids.
