Pros

In a world where customer experience is a priority for businesses, CUNA Mutual Group stands at the top because they understand that a great customer experience begins with a great employee experience. They provide a meaningful vision of the future, one that connects to the employee’s vision of the organization, they empower their employees and provide a sense of purpose, and they encourage positive relationships with open lines of communication.

Cons

Although we are working virtually and engaging through Zoom calls, the inability to be with my co-workers during this COVID state is what I miss most.

Thank you for your positive review of CUNA Mutual Group. I’m happy to see that you enjoy our culture and feel invested in. As we lean into more remote work options, it may be a possibility for more of our employees to enjoy returning to the office soon. --Linda Nedelcoff, EVP, Chief Strategy and Human Resources Officer

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I concur one of our most positive attributes is our people. We work hard to create a work environment where each employee feels valued and supported, and I'm disappointed to hear that you are having a hard time growing your career. I encourage you to reach out to your manager or, if you're not comfortable doing that, contact HR4U or our Speak Freely line (you can find these on the intranet). If you don't feel that the issue is being addressed in a timely or satisfactory manner, or would prefer, I also invite you to contact me directly. --Linda Nedelcoff, EVP, Chief Strategy and Human Resources Officer
