Pros
Comp and benefits are competitive. Credit union marketplace is admirable. Most people want to do a good job. Facilities are generally comfortable.
Cons
Executive leadership does not support each other. Considerable infighting amongst groups. Still feels like an old boy network. Limited number of women and minorities in senior roles. Often poor communication on important matters. Leadership training and development doesn't seem to be thoughtful. Downturn in financial services and poor handling of a technology project have created an uncomfortable environment. Credit union marketplace is consolidating but the company struggles to play in other markets.
