Pros

- Teammates - Fully remote for call center employees

Cons

- Outdated systems - The fact that you need to access 5 different systems to complete a simple task. - Constant system crashes - Micro managed scheduling - Overzealous QA - Extremely rude callers - Archaic billing system (3 days for a payment to come out of an account in 2025?) - Tedious repetitive work - Products that are very expensive, lack options compared to competitors. - Technology lacking in policy application taking.

Pros

Decent benefits. Providing meaningful products for people's lives.

Cons

After 5+ years as a remote work friendly organization, company is forcing return to office. Message from leadership is now that in person connections are critical to relationship building. Seems like an excuse to cut more jobs after many rounds of layoffs. Company is also putting a focus on departments leveraging AI to shift tasks. Again seems like a cost / job cutting mechanism.
