Pros

Great colleagues and learning opp

Cons

A lot of favoritism, regardless of how hard you work in comparison. Management won't listen and then protect negative employees that are difficult to work with across several areas & depts. of the organization. They don't back employees up. This used to be the place everyone wanted to work. It's sad how much it has declined.

Pros

There are lots of opportunities for volunteer work- the company promotes this to help obfuscate their weaknesses. Some of the chairs are pretty comfortable.

Cons

Not a diverse environment. Poorly trained managers. Ridiculous review process. Cutting jobs while senior management flys on a private jet.

Sales Gimics and Consultants

Pros

Good benefits and most of the staff are very talented and friendly. The credit union niche market is a great market.

Cons

The use of outside consultants for sales tactics results in gimmick sales process that has no accountability that matters. Compensation plans are designed to pit business groups against each other without common goals.
