-Great Benefits -Great People -Great Union By far one of the best places to work in Madison. Union Employee have some great benefits 5% 401 K match. Union Employees have an HMO. Management does not.(They have high deductible plans.) The Union was able to get paid parental leave for birth/adoption of a child. This was later extend to all Employees. Most managers do the right thing by employees. The pay is within the industry standards.
