Pros

on-site gym; on-site cafeteria; casual environment; flexible work schedule; ability to telecommute; good benefits; good salary; underground parking

Cons

IT Developers are union jobs. It's a con if you are a fast learner and high performer because there is a minimum amount of time before you can get promoted to the next level, even if you already meet the other job requirements for that next level. Very unsatisfying advancement opportunities.

Pros

Good pay. Flexible schedule. There is a Starbucks in one of the buildings for coffee lovers. The atrium is very nice.

Cons

In IT contractors are often hired for projects that are having problems, so that the managers can blame "the new person." This strategy was used against contracted PMs, developers, and BAs.

To Many Managers, With No Management Skills. They Manage By Intimidation, They Do Not Understand Positively Interact With Employees To Employees. Anti-Union, Union Organization
