      Many Good things but be prepared for frequent, often uncomfortable change.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the credit union and insurance industry. Some staff stay for 25+ years! Company cares about the credit unions and the members they serve.

      Cons

      Constantly changing environment. Employees are often left in the dark about the direction or rationale for organizational changes and allowed very little input into the process. Frequent management turnover and constantly changing priorities.

      Pros

      Very nice environment. Available eating, meeting areas throughout the facility. Certain Departments are extremely helpful, others are just in their own world.

      Cons

      Don't really know what they want as an end result. Team members are not always on the same page. There is a large experience disparity between those that have been at CUNA for a long period and new personnel. Expectations are vague all around.

      Pros

      Great location. Underground parking. Friendly work environment with staff is encouraged to contribute towards the companies goals and mission. There's also an onsite workout facility which to a better work/life balance. Campus is located near plenty of shopping and restaurants.

      Cons

      Starting pay not on par with other area companies.
