Pros
Excellent benefits and work environment, well respected in the community, a company that really does care about its employees and customers.
Cons
The union rewards seniority rather than productive results. As someone who was just beginning my career, I did not have a full appreciation of the benefits and opted to leave for a position that allowed for quicker management advancement and a higher salary.
