Pros

Nice building and good benefits/pay. There is a cafeteria on site. Some of the people are nice.

Cons

Shark coworkers and workplace bullying is rampant. Performance review system has no checks from HR because they are non-existent so is very poorly done. They wrap themselves in the credit union movement "for people, not profits" but profits is all they are really about. High work loads and no training program for new hires. CEO believes that people are disposable and constantly seeks to get rid of the lowest performers regardless of their performance. Very negative work environment.

Pros

Great benefits, lots of opportunity to move around, many long-time employees, good institutional knowledge, willing to try new ideas.

Cons

Political relationship issues that aren't easy to navigate early on, need a map to get around the place, could use a better onboarding process, no contact from HR.
