Pros

Good pay and benefits. Company serves a great market and has a tremendous heritage. Has a very unique business model ... which can be both good and bad. If strengthened, can be great.

Cons

Question if leaders have capability to think strategically. also, question if they can apply background from other companies to strengthen unique cmg capabilities.

Pros

The benefits and time off are good.

Cons

Management has no connection with employees. Most communication is done via email ranking employees on a number of different stats and figures. The humanity of the workplace has been sacrificed for profits.

Pros

CUNA Mutual provides tools to help develop your career path if you are interested in continuing with the company. Co workers are personable and approachable.

Cons

Comparatively Lower Salaries, raises, and bonuses. Starting pay are typically not on par with the industry. The company also could do a better job at finding each employees strengths and building off of those.
