Pros
Great ambiance. Food is pretty healthy and tasty. When it's busy, you can make a lot of money during a single shift. If working as a MID or DOUBLE you can make up towards $350-400 in a day.
Cons
The restaurant has lost a lot of its regular clientele for a variety reasons. Unfortunately, there was a wave of violence and security issues around the location the past year and a half and turned many patrons off. Though it's become a lot quieter, people haven't come in like they used to. Also, there are less food runners and back servers to help servers do their jobs. When I first began we had at least three on any given shift. Nowadays your expected to work like a mule and still pay out the same tip out to just one food runner/busser. Mostly, servers and cooks, though work often very hard, don't seem to enjoy it and certainly have lost a lot of the passion and pride that I once saw there when I first started. Therefore, people don't work as cohesively as used to. The clientele senses it and so the brand has really lost something as it's become much more corporate. Overall, servers just don't make as much as they used to and it certainly isn't as consistent. Indeed the pandemic caused much of that. But, it's lost the ability to rebound and recapture the enthusiastic crowds it once attracted.
