Pay is higher then most restaurants

Cons

Long hours, high turn over, no culture, lack of support from regionals, processed food full of sugar, they do not care about their employees just numbers. The food has gone downhill with a lack of creativity made to save on cost.

Beautiful environment, nice clientele, good food

Cons

Bad general manager. Micromanaged, and had poor leadership skills. Only cared about making money for the restaurant. High turnover of employees and poor training of employees.
