Pros
-easy serving job -customers mostly tip 20%+ -understanding staff/managers -requesting time off is easy (and often granted!) -bring home cash EVERY night -50% off meals for yourself and anyone you want to bring in to dine -great staff environment -health benefits offered
Cons
-extensive menu (need to really know recipes and menu) -have to tip out percentage of sales every day to busser and bartender -no designated parking (Austin location) -mandated uniforms -corporate company
