Pros

The people working alongside you are some of the most supportive, and genuine people. There are usually a lot of servers hired on, so picking up a shift and dropping a shift are usually no issue. I also made a good amount of money while working here. You get compensated based on your efforts!

Cons

It could be stressful at times, as the hosts over seated your section, along with others which caused long ticket times as well as just chaos.

The gm doesn’t respect the servers. Is oblivious to negative feedback from the customers when they express dissatisfaction.
