Pros

Nice people. Decent wage for a part time hourly gig. If you're working for tips you'll make decent money.

Cons

Sometimes disorganized. Scheduling can be difficult.

Pros

This was a great first server job for me, as they were willing to hire me and it was a balance of high ticket items, but not too fancy. Training was ok, could be better, employee discount was nice to have, lots of servers too so it wasn't too hard to get your shift covered if you reached out to people individually. Most of the people you work with are really fun people. Turnover is pretty high, though.

Cons

If you are easily triggered, don't be a server. The clientele can be extremely rude sometimes, so you HAVE to have a tough skin and be confident enough to deal with those kinds of people. Management was a mix of good and meh... I loveddd some of my managers, but some of them you could tell just didn't want to be there, which added to the mood of the rest of the restaurant. Overall good place to work if you just need experience or decent money to make.
