I loved the beliefs of the company; that health conscious meals could be flavorful, fresh and organic. Training and inclusivity of the brand are both top notch.

Cons

I sacrificed so much time and energy to a company that never supported me, or offered room for growth. Also it's interesting how the belief that fairly paid employees ends with their waitstaff.
