management is entitled and will talk down on you, cooks can be creepy and management does nothing about it, favoritism, extensive side work

You almost do more sidework than serve tables. Managers have personal relationships with certain staff who benefit from that. You can't make enough to pay the bills. (Only good as a second job not enough as only job.) They over staff and cut after two hours. They advertise health insurance but you can't get the hours to qualify. In a year and a half I had seven different managers.
