Pros

The best thing about True Food Kitchen are the employees. Also, with life somewhat resuming to normalcy, there are finally opportunities to make more money which is good.

Cons

The onDemand system for ordering lacks so much personality, and it is pushed so hard by corporate standards even though most guests hate it. It is basically making dine in service into ordering at a fast food restaurant's ordering kiosk. It lacks personality and there are too many steps to make it user friendly, and there is no incentive to make a guest want to use it. It makes the functionality of a server nearly obsolete.
