Business Outlook
Pros
The $ was decent (perhaps based on the affluence of the location). Novel restaurant concept, unique. Good training program; lots of shifts available if you wanted to work (pre-Covid). Some good people there that made the work tolerable- every once in a while enjoyable.
Cons
Restaurant demands a lot from employees, very little downtime, work was often quite labor intensive (You will be frequently assigned significant additional work or “chores” beyond traditional job functions 1 hour+ beyond regular shift). Some of the management (corporate, regional, and even local) were abrasive, and not very sensitive to employees. Both employees and supervisors attempt to manage staff by fear and intimidation.
