Pros

I can safely say that True Food changed my life. It provided me with the opportunity to make a decent living, challenged me on a daily basis to be my best, and actively helped me grow.

Cons

True Food demands a lot from their management. Don't be surprised to work 60-70 hours a week. It is a bit ironic as the brand actively promotes a healthy lifestyle and balance. The Southwest region also is way too large for just one regional manager, which became an issue on several occasions as the regional manager seemed to not have the time to address basic concerns with anybody other than the GM.
