Amazing Culture, Great Leadership, Industry Trendsetters, What a fun group of people to be around on a daily basis. I look forward to each day with new challenges and the team that surrounds me from True Central to my immediate team in our restaurant that helps contribute to tackling those challenges. It has Truly been a pleasure so far from an amazing on boarding process to my everyday life as a True Food General Manager. You want to be the best you have to surround yourself with the best and I can't say enough about this company.

Cons

If you can't stand the heat this certainly isn't the kitchen for you. You will be challenged daily.

Cons

horrible management team - incredibly high turnover - if you specify you are being bullied by someone they do nothing about it
