      Friendly environment to work in. The staff is amazing. I love coming to work.

      Can be hard work at times and can get a bit stressful but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier.

      Good pay and flexible schedule

      Cons

      Little to no time to train new hires, ridiculous work expectations (usually understaffed and overworked), no accountability, arrogant leadership that doesn't listen, metrics based management where hours are cut rampantly without notice to save a few dollars often times forcing employees to bear the burden of short downtimes to save the company
