Pros

Truly an "Employer of Choice." This is a company that invests in its people and rewards hard work. True Food is a rising nationwide brand, and you should anticipate the same upward mobility if you buy into the values & beliefs. Considering the enormous growth they are starting to undertake, the communication from Senior Leadership is organized and better than companies in similar expansion modes. They have a good mixture of Senior Leaders who have been with the company since the beginning and industry veterans. Culture is important here.

Cons

If it is hard for you to adjust and evolve with systems & procedures, this may be a hard environment for you. It's a growth brand - you should anticipate these changes as they look to improve the company and be positive in supporting them.

The food is good and I loved my co-workers (servers, busters, BOH)

Cons

The managers don't care about you or your financial or personal well being. The hosts don't know how to do their job and expect your guests to be angry with you every day.
