I have worked for True Food Kitchen for 6 years. I spent the prior 20 years working for P.F.Chang's so I don't jump around much when it comes to career. True Food is bigger than just another restaurant. It is a way of life. In True I saw the chance to change the way people eat, think, live their lives. True Food is a community, a family, a different approach to eating which creates a better way of living. That is what attracted me to the company. I always want to make a difference in peoples lives. After 6 years this is more true than ever. We have grown quickly in the past 3 years but that growth has only cemented our values and passions, We are more focused on quality and mission than ever. From the top down we are all focused on changing our guests lives on a daily basis. There is nothing more personal than eating. There is nothing more important for living your best life than what you are putting in your body. We make it our daily goal to deliver an amazing food product but our passion encompasses all areas of life. True Food has been a family to me and I am so very excited for the future and about what we can accomplish together. I know it will change the world for the better!
