Pros

Good food discount for employees. You will learn a lot about food allergies.

Cons

I made $30 a shift for few month waiting to get a better section. New ppl have to do the side work while everybody else is making money. Ps you won’t make more than $200 a night even if you have the best section on the busiest day. Checks are small nobody buys alcohol. Might as well work in fast food restaurant.

Fairly relaxed atmosphere, other team members are friendly

Cons

The management isn't dedicated to being innovative and the restaurant is often very dirty, esp the floors and it makes my job difficult when customers complain. Shifts are scheduled haphazardly.
