35% discount on food. Good company with a strong culture. Excellent food. GM at the Austin location is amazing.

Cons

You can get insurance but you have to wait a year and be full Time.

Pros

It’s a well known restaurant that has more prestige over other places. I don’t really have a lot of positive things honestly.

Cons

It’s extremely stressful and demoralizing working there. They don’t care about their workers and overwork them. As a hostess you’re expected to look like a Barbie doll wearing nice clothing getting paid nothing. You’re expected to put on a performance, smile every second— it’s exhausting. The management is terrible and constantly changing. One of my managers would verbally harass workers to the point where they went home crying. I would never work there again.
