Really great management and employees. Friendly and non toxic work environment

Cons

Very high performance standards. If you are in any way lazy or distracted and make the same mistakes you will be terminated. For me, I thrived but saw that for most servers who want to get in and out it doesn't really work because there are high standards for side work too.
