They constantly cut your hours

Nice coworkers. Decent guests. Healthy food.

Cons

You almost do more sidework than serve tables. Managers have personal relationships with certain staff who benefit from that. You can't make enough to pay the bills. (Only good as a second job not enough as only job.) They over staff and cut after two hours. They advertise health insurance but you can't get the hours to qualify. In a year and a half I had seven different managers.

Pros

-Management was very friendly and accommodating to my needs as long as the requests were fair -Worked with me and my schedule, flexible -Fellow servers/BoH were all friendly as well, very tight knit community with a lot of support there for you if you need it, low drama

Cons

- Not many in my time working there, kitchen could use better staff and logistics were/are always a mess there, PLASTIC CUPS and LIDS are a big offender :)
