Consistent regulars, decent tips, great coworkers who are positive and go out of their way to help each other, quality food menu

Cons

Improper training, poor timing on coaching, being gaslit, treated passive-aggressively, and publicly humiliated by management, having tables taken away after they were already serviced which is a loss of money for the server and provides poor experience for the guests, lack of glassware and utensils, low morale
