Good money through tips, friendly employees

Cons

Can be hard to move up as a busser. Hostesses move up a lot quicker. Management can be good or bad depending on GM. GMs generally come and go a lot making the environment volatile.

Not only is room for growth promising, but it offers a great work/life balance. The benefits are pretty good. They even offer my dog insurance. You are surrounded by (A) Players so you do not have to deal with slackers. Compensation is above state average. They invest in you as an employee by sending you to conferences and accommodating any need of resources you may need in your position to meet expectations.

Cons

With the fast pace of growth, any mistake made can have a heavy impact.
