Pros

The people make the place. Coworkers are friendly and like working at TFK. Management cares about you and tries their best to work with everything you have going on in your personal life.

Cons

Tips aren't the best when you are not a server, but you still do well. They don't always promote within, which can make current employees upset.

Very nice restaurant to work at with a great atmosphere. The food is very healthy and tasty! Best of both worlds if you care about what you put into your body!

Cons

I don’t have anything negative to say! Management at this restaurant was great! Atmosphere, food, people etc!

Taste all food during training. You can buy good food for half off. Comfortable uniform.

Cons

You have to buss tables and roll a lot of silverware.
