Amazing food, focused on employees, I've never worked for another restaurant where I felt more valued, appreciated and seen. They focus on health and the well being of not only their guests but also their employees

No support, management team is down to a minimum. Teams are pushed without communication or compensation.

Pros

Healthy food served so implies a happier and healthier clientele. Managers are mature and respectful. Good price point so pay based on tips come back well when you do good work.

Cons

Can sometimes be very tiring and require extended hours of work (like doubles ect) some heavy lifting
