New SLT is horrible

Pros

Still committed to following the dirty dozen and better sourcing.

Cons

Downsizing all operational MGMT teams to 'save' money while destroying culture, working MGMT to the bone, taking away resources to allow operators to operate. The new CEO John Williams is destroying culture and morale. He and the team he has surrounded himself with are not good at their jobs. They have lost touch with operators and don't value people or the opinions of the people in the store level driving the company. Don't work here, you will have ZERO life work balance
