Great work environment, pay wasn't the best

Pros

Managers care about staff as people (not just employees), fairly positive work environment, good benefits and programs to assist the staff, wiling to cross train for different positions, will work with your schedule, room for advancement

Cons

Pay wasn't the best for me, a few catty servers (below average amount of workplace drama though), being expected to dress with in "trendy, seasonal fashion" as an hostess when my check didn't allow for me to really constantly update my clothes with the trends
