Too much confusion

flexibility and very easy to get a day off

Cons

management are all of different pages, favoritism is a huge issue, bullying, toxic work environment, people are fake, filthy, dishonest management, the sewerage is a problem.

Take any other server job at any other restaurant

Pros

- Good clientele who are very respectful and in a wealthy area - You get cash at the end of every shift as a server

Cons

- Managers are pushing SALES QUOTAS with no additional compensation, and if you fail to meet the quota you must attend mandatory classes on your off days - They keep you up to an hour after you stop getting paid to do side-work - On top of the payout structure which already costs you around ~25% of total tips made, if you commute with a car there are no free parking alternatives less than $8-$10 per shift. - Managers are very predatory and will guilt trip you, attempting to change the narrative of any conflict onto you, and continue to bad-mouth you after you leave the job using you as examples of what not to do (mentioning you by name)

Great food to serve. Started out great.

Cons

Seems they sold to a non restaurant group. Constant manager turnover. Chefs not motivated. Going on wait times because the kitchen couldn't handle even a little pressure
