- I met some of my life long friends working this job. - Location was in the heart of downtown Austin, so access to really interesting people. - Feel good about the product being served. - Excellent opportunity to grow within the company if desired. - Some management were really encouraging and understanding. (Understood work/life balance)

Cons

- Management turnover rate was high. Things tended to get lost in communication. - Being bought out by a large company decreased quality in product being served.
