They offered plenty of education and encouragement. Co-workers were great too. Managers were ridged with the rules but not in an uncomfortable way. They supported the ethic of accountability and pride in being knowledgeable about the product and the lifestyle it supported.

Cons

Small sections, even for the most experienced servers.

the food, the quality of food, the healthiness and the employees made it great

Cons

secret shoppers stress, being a big corporation, the constant change of management, very entitled customers, the robotic style which they wanted us to serve, too many steps of service made it feel disingenuous.
