- great company - great founders - great co-workers - great purpose/products

Cons

They made a bad business decision that caused some downsizing and I was laid off but it wasn't personal and they handled it very well. They've recovered since.

Pros

Flexible schedules. Training and development opportunities for those who seek it out. Free lunch. Open and inclusive community of colleagues. A chance to acknowledge teammates at all hands meetings. Gifts for work anniversaries. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

Management wants to be transparent, but struggles in putting it into action. Questionable decision-making on the part of senior management for certain hires. Some loss of culture throughout high growth period. Seemed to have misjudged their true capacity for growth.

Pros

Incredible team, friendly culture, great work hours, and a big (rare) emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Cofounders are great people who know what to do and get things done.

Cons

The company was running lean with not much funding at the time. Although this was a few years ago and I believe now that has changed.
