Lack of Cost of Living Adjustments

Pros

+The jobs are repetitive and once the skills are acquired to do the jobs it becomes easier. +They are always hurting for production workers. +They occasionally hire people on the floor to office, machinist, maintenance, or refrigeration tech jobs.

Cons

+Zero climate control. +Training is abysmal, along with employee morale. +The backstabbing that consistently happens between plant management and workers. +Incompetent leadership and hire-ups that will hold back employees from better career opportunities because they don’t want to work themselves.

True Manufacturing Response

Thank you for the review. True cares very much for their employees and provides many outlets for team members to share concerns. Although the factories are not temperature controlled in the summertime, we do allow team members to bring in personal coolers to store their water bottles, there are many water fountains throughout the facility, fans are available to team members and we also provide electrolyte drinks. On days that there is a heat advisory we provide an extra afternoon break to give our team members relief from the heat. Our factories are heated during the winter. Additionally, we continually review our benefits and compensation to remain competitive with the market.

Pros

They will higher you with just a degree and no experience so you can get started in HR.

Cons

Management is toxic and mean. Micromanage you, they play favorites and will harass anyone they don't like. Turnover in HR is extremely high. A manager had a nervous breakdown in the middle of the HR dept due to the harassment and stress.
