Not Temp Controlled Monotonous Work Standing In One Spot Not A Lot of Raises

Thank you for the review. True cares very much for their employees and provides many outlets for team members to share concerns. Although the factories are not temperature controlled in the summer time, we do allow team members to bring in personal coolers to store their water bottles and there are many water fountains throughout the facility. On days that there is a heat advisory we provide electrolyte drinks to keep team members hydrated. We also continually review our benefits and compensation to remain competitive with the market.

Really there are no pros to the Job only the paycheck every Friday and make sure to take advantage of the HSA account

Cons

Horrible attendance policy only can call off 4 days. If you go over the 4 days you will be fired

Thank you for your review. Structure is important to True as it takes everyone being at work and collaborating to accomplish great things. True does offer Paid Time Off and other flexibility options for emergency situations. Additionally, our human resources department is very receptive to feedback and encourages employees to share any concerns with us.
