Gaining work experience and staying busy.

Cons

No one wants to work here. Back stabbing employees that will push you down in order to look good; under educated for roles but will promote if you charm the right people.

Location is good for me. Cafeteria is convenient.

Cons

True is not competitive with other companies. The minimal PTO does not allow for good work life balance. The holidays are minimal and not paid for the first 90 days. The wait for benefits is nothing I’ve seen in 25 years. Insurance is expensive to employees with limited options. The dress code is unnecessarily stuffy and outdated. Too much micromanagement. Minimal flexibility in coming and going.

We do expect our team members to present themselves in a professional manner and to be at work on time. True offers paid time off and understands work / life balance is very important. Over the past few years, we have increased our flexibility options to allow team members to make adjustments to their schedules when needed and we continue to review our benefits and compensation to remain competitive in the market.
