Terrible pay. They make you stay on your feet all day even when there is nothing to do and that happens quite often. They claim they train you for 2 weeks but it's really 3 days then they just shrug and stick you somewhere. The benefits are on par with the pay, laughable. They have a lot of strict rules most of which you won't find out until you break them. They don't teach you about much so you're kind of left to fumble through until you figure things out. They also have mandatory overtime which they don't tell you about until you're hired.

Where do I begin? The policies are the worst. Very outdated Human Resources views and policies. Everything from the dress code to clocking in and out. It is run like a company in the beginning of the Industrial Age and hasn't kept up with the times. They say they want to be an employer of choice but they have no concept how to do this. The entire HR department needs training in modern employment practices.
