Great benefits and life-work balance. 8 working hours.

Cons

Upper management does not perform reviews on middle management and that allows for some department managers to keep interfering with their department performance due to their poor management skills.

Great benefits. Employees are very qualified and great people to work with.

Cons

Department managers' performance is not evaluated by upper management nor by employees. The company does not support continuous education of its employees across all company departments.

Pros

The company has a decent office environment, a cafeteria on site with subsidized meals, and mostly good people who work there.

Cons

Where do I begin? The policies are the worst. Very outdated Human Resources views and policies. Everything from the dress code to clocking in and out. It is run like a company in the beginning of the Industrial Age and hasn't kept up with the times. They say they want to be an employer of choice but they have no concept how to do this. The entire HR department needs training in modern employment practices.
