The people at True are very nice and welcoming. The company subsidizes lunch which is great.

Cons

The company is run in a very traditional, old fashioned, and stuffy manner. The company is also very flat and there are not many opportunities for advancement or mobility.

This is a great perk of working at True as team members can enjoy a great meal, snack or coffee at very affordable subsidized prices. True has been an extremely successful company since 1945 and prides itself on being an organization where all employees can make a difference no matter what position or title. We offer many growth opportunities as all open positions are advertised company wide on a weekly basis and we love to grow our team members. HR and Upper Management is constantly reviewing employees needs and working to meet them.

Cons

Due to an injury, I needed a reasonable accommodation for part of my employment process. Every day I e-mailed the manager of my need, but I was ignored. What happened to me at True was discriminatory.
