Great people, great benefits, location is nice, state of the art equipment, room for advancement, and the best commercial refrigeration products in the world!

Cons

Better work-life balance with a little more of a flexible schedule.

I worked at one of their customers and the environment was wonderful at that location

Cons

Direct contact with my boss at True Manufacturing was difficult as he was involved in too many things to concentrate on one aspect.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear that your experience in one of our satellite facilities was positive. However, it's disappointing to hear that you were unable to have the contact with your direct manager that you should have. We will look into this at all satellite facilities.

Good money, good benefits always looking to improve

Cons

Good employees get more put on them and sometimes Have to carry the lesser workers which makes for disgruntled employees.
