They give good insentives if you stay under the radar they don't bother you.and the work is fairly easy

Cons

We can't use PTO after holiday's or before its like jail no music or windows and no cellphones.there should be more maintenance checks on the machines

Pros

True is paying attention to what employees need. The management has made many improvements in the last year. The company is nothing like it used to be and that is a good thing.

Cons

The flexibility policy is better than it used to be but still needs improvement. Exempt employees should have more options.
