Pros

Headquarters is alright, depending upon department. Each department has compartmentalized issues that would need to just be tolerated. The IT department is bloated and inefficient as they capitalize on the owner's fears of data security and the IRS but then third party out their projects, the Accounting department is led by an iron fist and the HR department shirks responsibilities and has suffered from long standing decision paralysis.

Cons

Field Offices are a nightmare. Ops Management are typically unethical, often covering things up from the Casper, WY headquarters since the True brothers mostly rely on executive meetings to check business pulse. Many will try to steal your work and pass it off as their own.
