Advancement opportunities, focus on growth, competitive pay, good insurance, profit sharing, family-owned, family-friendly culture. This company genuinely cares about me as a person, not just as a number on a page.

Cons

Not a lot of flexibility in schedules, although this is getting better.

Pros

I love everything about my job. But my supervisors and coworkers are the best. I started working at True Drilling Company about 4 months ago after retiring from a job i had been at for 20 years. The difference in how True treats their employees is night and day. I tell everyone that I'm not not going to a job, but a place where I use my skills for 8 hours and am appreciated and come home. This job is amazing. Supervisors to coworkers are all fantastic people to work with. A very upbeat, caring and family orientated business.
